Yes! We have seen it all and wont judge...we are specialists at getting business financial records organized, and giving our clients clean, organized and actionable financial records to manage your business. We can even tackle prior months and even years!  

We provide three main services:

  • Professional Bookkeeping to help your business organize and manage your financial records, AR/AP and more

  • Fractional Revenue Leadership which help drive revenue growth through strategy, execution and aligning sales, marketing and service teams
  • Fractional Controller Services which take our bookkeeping support to the next level with budgets , expense control, processes and procedures to improve profitability

We work across a wide variety of businesses and industries. You can access the primary industries by going to our Focus Industries page. We typically work with companies with at least $500,000 in annual revenue up to those with $50M with our Fractional Revenue Leadership services.  

We routinely work with existing leadership and staff members to improve the business. While each business structure can be different, our goal is to improve business performance and give leadership better support, time back and work collaboratively with existing staff. 

We typically can get up and running with 2-3 weeks of signing an agreement. Early steps include:

  • Meet with leadership to understand current state and their goals of the engagement
  • Gain access to systems and records

  • Meet with key staff members
  • Set a 30/60/90 day plan 
  • Determine monthly cadence of activities, close dates, key metrics etc. 

 

We typically use flat rate billing or a consistent flat rate each month so that our clients know what to expect and budget each month. This flat rate includes time for client interaction without worrying about unexpected billing variables each month.   

Fractional Revenue Leadership is built to give our clients better results than a consulting engagement as we provide strategy and insights but also work with your team to develop and execute on prioritized growth initiatives. Our engagements typically last for 6-18 months with focused time each week from a half day to two full days a week for your business. 

We typically have the most impact if your revenue organization has or recently had a full time leader and still missing goals. While each situation may be different, we offer experienced executive revenue leadership but on a part time basis. Whether its strategy, execution, training, customer acquisition, or missing growth opportunities in marketing, service, or revenue operations, we can help. We bring more "been there, done that" experience than a full time hire at a comparable cost. Sometimes the best value we bring to your business is an objective and experienced perspective to find the best opportunities.
